❖ Seccom Ltd, of 68, Athalassas Avenue, Strovolos 2023, Nicosia (“Seller”), hereby warrants that the mobile furniture items sold (Invoice……….) are brand new, unused and free from any defect or malfunction and that their operation is in accordance with
the purposes and the descriptions-specifications attributed to the specific furniture type of each item.
❖ The Seller warrants, taking full responsibility, that the items sold are of good quality and suitable for their purported use, in accordance with the requirements of the Law. In case of non-compliance of any item with the properties required as above, the
buyer-customer (“Buyer”) will be entitled to, in consideration of the sale circumstances, the type and the defect or malfunction, either demand the free of
charge repairing or replacement of the item or the decrease of its price or withdraw from the sale transaction.
❖ This warranty is valid for the period of two (2) years as from the date of delivery or the delivery and installation of the items, provided that the Buyer will inform the Seller of the lack of the above properties and of the Buyer’s claim within two months from the
date on which the lack/defect/malfunction is realised.
❖ In line with the prevailing policies in the EU for the mobile furniture items, this Warranty does not apply to and does not cover the following cases:
➢ Normal or anticipated wear and tear. This exception includes expected wear of the glass or wooden surfaces and of the furniture upholsteries (fabrics,imitation or real leather) or parts thereof.
➢ Breakdown or damage caused by improper use or handling contrary to the use and maintenance instructions or in any way that is not in accordance or compatible with the type of the item, the scope or conditions for its use by the
Buyer at the time of the sale. In this respect, the Buyer is obliged to study carefully the use and maintenance instructions which are published on the Seller’s website (www.seccom.com.cy).
➢ Breakdown or damage resulting from repairing work performed by any party not authorized by the Seller.
❖ Both the seller and the Buyer reserve their rights under the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus and specifically Law 7(1) of 2000.

❖ Η Seccom Ltd («Πωλητής»), Λεωφ. Αθαλάσσας 68, Στρόβολος 2023, Λευκωσία, εγγυάται ότι τα είδη κινητής επίπλωσης που πωλήθηκαν (Τιμολόγιο Seccom Ltd…..)
είναι καινούργια, αχρησιμοποίητα και απηλλαγμένα από κάθε ελάττωμα ή βλάβη και λειτουργούν σύμφωνα με το σκοπό και τις περιγραφές-προδιαγραφές που αναφέρονται για τους συγκεκριμένους τύπους κινητής επίπλωσης.
❖ Ο Πωλητής έχει την ευθύνη για την καλή ποιότητα και καταλληλότητα των ειδών σύμφωνα με το Νόμο. Σε περίπτωση μη συμμόρφωσης των ειδών με τις απαιτούμενες ιδιότητες όπως αναφέρονται πιο πάνω, ο Αγοραστής-Πελάτης («Πελάτης») θα
δικαιούται, λαμβανομένων υπόψη των ιδιαιτέρων συνθηκών της πώλησης, του ελατττώματος και του τύπου της κινητής επίπλωσης είτε να απαιτήσει τη δωρεάν
επισκευή ή αντικατάσταση των ειδών, είτε να ζητήσει προσήκουσα μείωση του τιμήματος, είτε να υπαναχωρήσει από τη σύμβαση πώλησης.
❖ Η Εγγύηση ισχύει για περίοδο δύο (2) ετών από τη παράδοση ή τη παράδοσηεγκατάσταση των ειδών με την προϋπόθεση ότι ο πελάτης θα ενημερώσει τον Πωλητή για την έλλειψη των πιο πάνω ιδιοτήτων και τη σχετική απαίτησή του εντός
προθεσμίας δύο μηνών από την ημερομηνία κατά την οποία διαπίστωσε το ελάττωμα ή βλάβη.
❖ Σύμφωνα με τα ισχύοντα στην Ευρωπαϊκή Αγορά για είδη κινητής επίπλωσης η παρούσα Εγγύηση δεν καλύπτει τις ακόλουθες περιπτώσεις:
➢ Συνήθη ή αναμενόμενη φθορά. Η εξαίρεση αυτή περιλαμβάνει και τη φθορά που μπορούν ή αναμένεται να υποστούν οι γυάλινες ή ξύλινες επιφάνειες ή οι
ταπετσαρίες των ειδών (υφάσματα, δερματίνες, πραγματικά δέρματα) ή μέρη αυτών.
➢ Βλάβη ή ζημία που οφείλεται σε κακή μεταχείριση ή μη κατάλληλη χρήση του είδους σε αντίθεση με τις οδηγίες χρήσης ή συντήρησης, το τρόπο ή σε συνθήκες που δεν συνάδουν με το τύπο του είδους, ή το σκοπό χρήσης του από τον Πελάτη
κατά της σύναψη της αγοραπωλησίας. Ο Πελάτης οφείλει να μελετήσει με προσοχή και να συμμορφώνεται με τις οδηγίες χρήσης και συντήρησης που
δημοσιεύονται στον ιστότοπο του Πωλητή (www.seccom.com.cy).
➢ Βλάβη ή ζημία που οφείλεται σε διορθωτική επέμβαση από άτομο μη εξουσιοδοτημένο από το Πωλητή.
❖ Τόσον ο Πωλητής όσο και ο Πελάτης διατηρούν τα δικαιώματά τους που απορρέουν από τους νόμους της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας και ειδικώτερα το Νόμο 7(1) του 2000.
