Position Description
Seccom Ltd is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of the store and ensure a high level of customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the smooth daily operation of the store
- Receive products, organize merchandise, and display prices
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage the company’s software system for issuing quotations, invoices, and orders
- Monitor inventory levels and orders
- Organize and prepare the daily schedule and deliveries
Required Qualifications:
- College/University degree; postgraduate studies will be considered an additional advantage
- Experience in retail sales; previous experience in the furniture industry or a related field will be considered an additional advantage
- Very good knowledge of Greek and English
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Team spirit and sense of responsibility
