Store Supervisor

Position Description

Seccom Ltd is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of the store and ensure a high level of customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure the smooth daily operation of the store
  • Receive products, organize merchandise, and display prices
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Manage the company’s software system for issuing quotations, invoices, and orders
  • Monitor inventory levels and orders
  • Organize and prepare the daily schedule and deliveries

Required Qualifications:

  • College/University degree; postgraduate studies will be considered an additional advantage
  • Experience in retail sales; previous experience in the furniture industry or a related field will be considered an additional advantage
  • Very good knowledge of Greek and English
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Team spirit and sense of responsibility
